Absolute disgrace! Ordered new carpets and sofa... carpet fitting is appalling and they sent the wrong sofa, was supposed to be split to get it upstairs... 0 stars will never use them again!

Delivered a faulty settee and their aftercare and communication is absolutely appauling, been on going for 8 weeks now and just don't seem to be getting anywhere. Showroom staff are trying to be helpful but the regional manager and others just don't seem interested. I'm just a mere number that will be overlooked to a company like this but trust me if you get a faulty settee you'll will find out what I'm talking about, they have your money and that's all they are bothered about.

quite disappointed is a understatement. my partner and I purchased a sofa and chair to be told it was going out of promotion/ sale on the Monday and now on a television advert we see it is now cheaper than what we paid . Best thing is we haven't even had it delivered yet .I will be sharing my experience on social media.at a time of cost of living crisis and you're staff believe its ok to act in this way.disgusting

If I could put no stars I would. Bought a sofa this January. I have had 3 different technicians visit with 3 varying reports. Spent hours on the phone yet they reply with an email saying the senior technician has reviewed the reports and agrees with his technicians - obviously. SCS use a do not reply email so you have to spend hours on the phone again. The senior technician doesn't even have the courtesy to contact me direct . I have asked for my money back but no response therefore I will be contacting trading standards to investigate the noisiest sofa in the world. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks SCS for nothing.

We enjoyed our experience at your Grimsby store. When we entered the store, we had a rough idea what we wanted, so when a member of your staff came to help he pointed us in the right direction. After half an hour we had chosen the sofa for us. Then we decided to go for a carpet as well. In no time at all the carpet was chosen the deal was done. Everything was explained even took out the extra insurance on the sofa, which gives piece of mind. The staff where so helpful it made things so easy. Many thanks would recommend to anyone looking for a sofa or carpets. Great job guys...

Went into the grimsby store and the lady (Jeanette) was absolutely amazing. Let us take out time and was always about if we needed to ask a question. When we decided on the sofa we both loved she made the whole process of buying so simple and easy. On the whole an amazing store with fantastic staff.

Bought a lazyboy Been brilliant so back in March bought another one unfortunately this one having problems with it as cushions gone saggy and dropped making sofa uncomfortable. Scs sent a third party company out to inspect it and said nothing wrong with it and sent a report back had a manager tell me he had same problem with is but they replaced is but not mine absolutely ridiculous. I advise anybody that these problems are on going and wouldn't recommend using this company very bad customer services and badley made furniture and won't be getting my business anymore
