My friend who was a long term customer had her hair dyed by an apprentice as part of her final exams, after two failed attempts she complained to the owner (Lisa) who refused as salon owner to rectify the patchy nature herself and also the visible tramlines in it which are more than a railway track has. As owner you have responsibility for the quality of work that your staff complete and should be prepared to rectify issues for unhappy customers rather than wash your hands of them. It's just not good customer service on any level. Steer clear of this untrustworthy business who simply don't care.

Superb quality hair cut, colour and style. I have never stayed with a salon for more than 2 years but I've been going here over 10 years now. Lisa cuts with absolute precision and guides towards the best style and colour for your style and skin tone.No gimmicks, just top quality hair styling and colouring in a pleasant environment.Very customer focused approach and they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
