Absolutely horrendous service! Got told they’d run out of vegetarian options & was asked if just guacamole would be ok. Incredibly eye rolley staff members, to myself & other customers being served.I ordered a burrito & side of potato wedges, which considering we’re cooked from scratch (as they’d run out, surprise!), were still raw in the middle! The burrito saved it slightly, but incredibly disappointing as I love Mexican food! Won’t be eating here again.

The food was really good. but the staff need to be more helpful and the size of portion for the price was shockingly small I was still hungry and needed more to eat and felt as though id wasted my money

Visited El Mexicana at Mcarthur Glen, Bridgend yesterday.Food was average but credit has to be given to the young staff. I got served by a trainee, who has to be said was the most polite and conscientious individual. Under obvious pressure she excelled.

Shocking attitude by the manager in charge. As there were no vegetables available at the time we ordered food my partner asked if she could have some sweetcorn instead. The girl serving asked the manager who told her no we couldn't. She didn't even have the courtesy to speak to us directly. Needless to say we will never eat there again

Barbacoa burrito - very bland considering it's supposed to be mexican food. Not great value either.
