Instore - Good serviceAfter placing order - Worst ever service, Delays of 8 months on deliveries, no proper communication, promises delivery and does not deliver, very poor responsiveness by the customer service and what else should be wrong.in our case, 2 sofas were ordered, and one was delivered after 5 months and the second one after 8 months but the direct debit and sofashield (5 year warranty for an extra £250) warranty started right after the first delivery, which means 3 months less warranty for the second sofa because they delayed the delivery!!!but must appreciate the fact that a negative review in Trustpilot gets removed in a matter of 1 or 2 days!! amazing response to tackle the whistle blowers.

Ok first thing is with this company which is dfs also. Same company. They spun us that they pride themselfs on not been like other companies and there customers service is the best in the business.your in good hands. Don t make me laugh. So we were told that the sofa would be here 6. To 8 weeks. A 4k sofa we ordered. First email came through to say delay due to fabric issues so would be put back to 10th November. We rang to double check if 10th was still good to go. The store past me on to customer service which hadn't a clue. After chatting a while . said oh yes 10th is the date sofa arrives. The guy then told me he sent a ticket to suppliers. To ask were my sofa is. he told me he would get back me . Nothing. Rang back few days later. The lady from customer service said oh the tracking number had wrong diget down. That she would get on it . After checking. She Told me it might be stuck in a container. But wasn't sure. What?. I asked iam i getting my sofa before Christmas. Which she replied yes definitely but can't be sure. What planet they on. So We're messed about already which they promised they wouldn't do. Thank good we only paid £500 deposit. If sofa isn't here by 1st December were cancelling ordered and getting visa to get are deposit back. I should have read the reviews first. As I wouldn't have purchased from this company. They will spun the greatest sales pitch. Promise you moon and stars. But there just like any other store to get there commission.Received a call after I posted review to say sofa definitely be here 25th. November. But no cigar. So sent of to complaints department. As I said will wait to 1st if December. But if not the order will be cancelled.An update from sofologyThe chair and the cushions are expected to arrive on 13/12/2022 once this is scanned into the warehouse our delivery team wil contact you to arrange the delivery.Absolutely a disgrace. Not even a word on sofa. So after this order will be cancelled

Ordered our sofa on 19 April 2023 and was told by our Sales person at the Belfast boucher road store delivery would definately be no more than 9 weeks, 12 weeks have passed and nothing, not a call. We called into the store to be told they had no idea and give me a number to call. Not good enough!! Lots of negative reviews with regards to the delivery and support services. Why no improvement.

The in store sales side of things was great at the Belfast store in Boucher road.However it went down hill from there.Ordered a £7k sofa in October 2022 with a guarantee it would be delivered before Christmas, but never came and no communication at all. They then sent an email to book for delivery and on delivery, the corner piece was missing and the two seater had holes underneath. We then ordered them to take the delivery back as we could not take it.It’s been back and forth trying to get the damaged sofa repaired but no success. We’ve been trying to get the customer service help but they just say product support has all the information. We visited the store numerous times - again no help as they have no visibility on what’s going on with the order.It is now January and they cant even get the damaged sofa fixed and have the order delivered. Now we’ve just given up - It could be Jan, Feb, March or never. This means waiting almost 6 months or more !!SOFOLOGY IS JUST TERRIBLE!!!!!AVOID IT IF YOU CAN!!!!!LOOK FOR SOFAS ELSEWHERE!!!!I DON’T RECOMMEND SOFOLOGY AT ALL!!!

After reading the reviews we were worried about ordering from Sofology, but they had the only style of sofa that we liked out of 3 or 4 stores we looked at.The staff in Boucher were very helpful, Liam took us through the process efficiently and helped us place the order.We were quoted 6-8 weeks for delivery, after the reviews made us anxious about delivery times, we were pleasantly surprised to receive our sofas today, after 5 weeks and 1 day.Sofas are exactly what we ordered and are great.I feel it only fair to leave a positive review and I hope everyone else receives the same experience.

Wish I had read these before dealing with this shambles of a company. Ordered and paid in full for a sofa and 2 recliners. Had to wait 12 weeks which was fair enough. Got an email and text to say delivery would be on the 7th between 13.15 and 17.15. Took time off work to be there and it never arrived....no contact either to explain. After several calls to customer services and some online queries I still have no furniture. They made promises that the items would be in the warehouse but after each date they never arrived. The last call I made to them the rep palmed me off with excuse after excuse and then actually hung up before I had finished taking. Disgraceful customer service, totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I have started a Section 75 consumer credit act claim with my credit card company to get my money back. They have left me with nothing to sit on for 12 days now and I also had to put people off from visiting my home with wedding presents for my daughter who was married last week. They refused to refund me. I would stay clear of this company.

We had our sofa delivered just this afternoon. We read all the negative reviews after we ordered from the store and were panicking about what issues we were going to encounter however we actually didnt have any really. We were happy with delivery and the quality of the sofa that we received. Although the date was rescheduled by 3 weeks we didnt think that this was too bad compared to the reviews we read. We were able to contact customer services anytime we tried and they were really helpful and friendly and updated us about what was happening. Our experience has definitely been more positive than others so far!

Never buy from here! Ordered a corner sofa giving all the Correct measurements to the sales person, then when it arrived the chair would not fit threw my door so was taken back by the delivery persons, after a week from not hearing from them i goes into the store in which the girl phones customer services to be told I wouldn’t be getting a refund but a further £359 pound would be needed for me to exchange to another piece of furniture which I do not need, so basically I’m £800 pound down for a chair that’s no good to me plus they looking another £359 to return the chair which wasn’t even out of the package absolute con artists! This sofa cost me over 4k!

AVOID at all costs! This store looks amazing and the staff are very helpful when picking and ordering a sofa, but then it goes downhill FAST.We ordered a £2k sofa in early September 2021 and was guaranteed Christmas delivery. We paid online in full (we asked for finance but they forgot) around late October and got a delivery date for very early December. That got pushed to the 16st with an all day" slot. We booked the day off work and waited. No one arrived by the time the slot closed at 8pm

We ordered a sofa sofa in start of April and were told a 6 weeks waiting time. Once the 6 weeks went by we did not get any call or anything. We called them and the say we told them we could not accept the sofa before 24 of August , we told them we did not say that and to change it so we could get it sooner but they did nothing for us. We tried many other suggestions but they say they can do nothing even though it was a mistake on their end. We paid 5K for a sofa and they are not willing to do anything for the customers. All this company care about is to take the money of the customer. Worst customer service i ever seen, i can only imagine if i ever need their help with anything after i get the sofa it will be a nightmare. Im going to seek help from the authorities because this looks like a scam to me, going to talk with the police about it since no one in the company seems to be of any help.
