Superdrug

The assistant with blonde hair and glasses (I didn’t catch her name) who was behind the tills at 3pm ish on 27/06/23 was so rude, I bought a few items of makeup and when I got out the store I thought wow why did that seem like a higher price than I thought it would be, well on checking the receipt I was infact correct and it was £4.50 more than I thought it should be. Anyway I went back into store to check the price tag to see that infact the price tag for the items I bought was under the next product over and the label for the next product under the product I’d bought. So the labels we’re the wrong way round and I thought id mention it to the assistant so they could atleast swap the labels to the correct place so items aren’t labelled wrong because some people just look at the price not the item information… well she was rude and said I’ll check the information, she got on her headset and told another member of staff to check, didn’t interact with me then for around 5 mins and was stood on the phone talking to someone then when she got off the call said “yeah it’s such a price and says it there” I agreed with this but again said can you check the labels and make sure that things are priced correctly and under the correct items to avoid confusion for others.. again she was just rude and said well it is there you just have to look. By this point I was P’d off and I grabbed my receipt out her hand and told her her attitude stunk and her customer service was shocking I was honestly shocked at how horrible and unprofessional she was.! Absolutely disgusting member of staff with a bad attitude problem, they shouldn’t be working customer service if they can’t even smile and be polite.! Yeah I retaliated grabbing my receipt but this was after several times saying the same thing to her about misleading labels for the wrong items for her to have attitude like she did.!

Found everything I went for and great service

The assistant was rude,threw the change from my purchases in my hand,you don't want to do the job then give it to someone who does,on the upside,i bought Garnier rose soothing toners,& the cleansing ones,got two of each bc of the price,£1:74 each,they are £3:50 each every where else,like in Sainbury's,so well done Superdrug!

The choice in the makeup section's is brilliant, so much variety, I went in looking for a gift and came out with 3 thing's, the store is clean, tidy and organised, would be nice if they had more staff to give out advice, definitely recommend a visit, make sure you bring plenty of cash some products are expensive.

My daughter loved going there for her birthday and she had an amazing time and the workers was also happy and kind.

Lots of make up my colours out of stock over the road in boots same products fully stocked.

Been there today for threading .The girl who does threading was so moody and ignorant .please hire staff who value the customers needs, not to make them feel down.Not going to visit the store .
