Amazing service car looked lovely and clean inside and out and a great price, would definitely recommend

They do a good job but they will try to make you pay more than you agreed. I have been twice, both times I checked in advance that a basic wash of my tiny car would be £6. This is the price on the big sign by the office and on the website. The first time they asked for £7 on collection because they said the car was extra dirty. It was not at all, just dusty. This time I handed over the £6 and the man said it wasn’t enough. I pointed to the sign and he gave in. They also only take cash. This is all a bit aggressive and intimidating. My recommendation is to use Waves at Hollington Tesco instead.

ICC’s service was phenomenal - we treated ourselves to the full valet and it was definitely worth it - our car has never been so clean. Thanks to Kristian and the team for such a positive experience!
