I have been working for UK Language Solutions for number of years & I can confirm this is a very professional company that I have come to know. The staff are always professional & helpful, especially Beth, Meredith & Lucy! The invoices are always processed on time and there is always a wide variety of assignments. Just wish there were more assignments on more regular basis.

I have been working for UK LS Ltd for few months, Very professional and friendly team. They have good system in place, and i never had an issue in reaching them whenever i needed to. They always communicate with courtesy and understanding. Terms and conditions for interpreters are attached with every assignment booking. Payment takes 4-5 weeks but it is guaranteed and confirmed by emails. You need other sources to boost your income if interpreting is your main profession.

It's a great language agency I have the pleasure to work with. Always on time with payments, plenty of interesting assignments, and lovely customer service. Meredith who is one of the coordinating people in UKLS does everything beyond and above to help with any issues linguists might have. It's a shame I can only give a five-star rating because UKLS is worth more than that.

Whilst booking made was last minute, they did confirm translator would attend a meeting in writing to me and on their portal. Translator never turned up, no phone call or even an email to advise. Definitely would not recommend or use again
