Ian and team have just fitted a new boiler and a new cylinder in my London flat. These are challenging times to do such work however nothing worried them. The whole process was very simple, punctual & professional. I have had the best experience and could not be happier. I also received outstanding customer service from the lovely Samantha. The engineer who changed my boiler was fine but the lady in charge of the booking and payment was unprofessional. She even managed to use my bank details without my permission! I paid 50% upfront on the phone, she kept my bank details and used them to get the remaining 50%. I wasn't even late or anything. She had no reason to do that and it's illegal to keep someone's card details without their permission. Don't go there, their expensive and obviously not worth it!

Having had issues with my old boiler and it finally giving up on me, I contacted the London Boiler Company to get a quote for a replacement boiler, the quote that was given was very competitive in comparison to other boiler companies and my new boiler was fitted the following day.The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and professional, I would highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation to use again.

Flexible and efficient. Did a superb very neat job of installing a new boiler that has worked flawlessly for the three years since. Less expensive than most. Everything above board with correct paperwork and certification. Was a joy and relief to find them.

Very swift communication , installation of the new boiler was a bit delayed on the day and I was worried they may not be able to carry out the work, but they did! The engineers were very professional, quick, cleaned up after the installation was complete, we are very happy with all the work done and can highly recommend!

Professional office staff and a good swift repair to my old boiler, not happy that the plumber tried to convince me and my wife that he made gin for Harrods and Fortnum Masons in his spare time. He needs to drink less gin, he was very nice.

Atrocious work installing new boiler, has caused thousand of pounds in damage , not to be trusted, refused to provide insurance details or reply to any communications to complete the work. A cowboy company - do not recommend.

This company may well have a great reputation but my experience was woeful had to chase them for a quotation made numerous calls their customer service skills are abysmal, they could not be bothered one bit about making an effort having sent them pictures of my existing boiler.They make a big deal about all the televised work they do perhaps they need to look at their customer service skills the lady on the phone was polite but the service manager needs to loom at what he is doingI would not recommend this company woeful, unprofessional and totally shambolic service.
