Bradfield Village Hall

An amazing local facility.

I was quite underwhelmed. £20 for a main meal with the smallest piece of salmon, not even wild! Very disappointing! Size of an appetiser. If it hadn't been my mum's birthday I would have demanded discount.Double espresso... Couldn't drink despite nearly a fiver.Panna cotta was sadly lacking in flavour. Though mum enjoyed her fish of fish n chips.VERY strange to have £10 breakfast delivered to room, not to have in restaurant. I was therefore expecting it on a tray.....delivered in a bag like a packed lunch! NOT good at all! 'melon' was the last scrapings of one... Bacon bap very dry. NO TEA /COFFEE?! If you're not going to give a hot drink, the least I would expect is drink making facilities in room. Crazy. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. Room was in need of tlc and a clean.

Good local facility for children's dance classes. Adequate parking, near a shop/ pub/ play area and dog walking field.

Old village hall - nothing special - cheap and cheerful.

Big hall, good teas & cakes at fete but couldn't find disabled access to get inside.

Quaint and functional is probably the best description. What more could a village want? Being an outsider, I'd like to see it updated a little - however clean, the toilets don't seem massively hygenic. I know - I should go back to the sterile city and leave country folk to their traditions!

Lovely village park, shop has lots of choices, and fab fish n chip van on a Friday!

Great for birthdays and watching your sister's doing ballet because your mom took away your DS because she caught you on it at night but all the other kids have theirs so thanks a lot mom
