I have given four stars instead of five simply because my project was very modest and didn't give Neil the opportunity to use his skills to the full. Working with Neil was a pleasure. He was very patient as plans changed, quick to respond, and always available for consultation. His work was methodical and meticulous and he managed all the planning permissions I needed very efficiently. I am delighted with the results.
