Called Heatec out for a boiler repair, after 2 attempts the engineer said he would have to order a new part. Waited 3 weeks & heard nothing from Heatec so I gave them a call. Was told over the phone they would not be returning to fix the problem & I would probably need to replace my 5 year old boiler.I called another local based gas company who attended the same day to survey the boiler, returned the next day with a new part, started & finished the job in 2 hours at a cost of £120.New boiler Heatec ?Avoid this company.

Had a problem with boiler, all repaired within 24 hours, great service..highly recommended
