We bought seven roller blinds with Somfy motors and a remote to control them all. We have had a problem with one motor. Surrey Blinds and Shutters have completely failed to correct this issue or respond in a reasonable timeframe. Do not buy from these people. They do not know the meaning of customer service.

Had an initial consultation and was very pleased with the advice and help given. I believe the guy was called Darren and he was super helpful. Rates seemed extremely good so we went with them. Got home and they had already rang to book the measuring. Great service. Next review after fitting...

Surrey Blinds and Shutters
I paid for bespoke blinds. The blind is the incorrect size and extra plastic was added to fill the gap between the blind holder and the wall. This has resulted in excess light coming through. It also took weeks longer to arrive than it should have. I asked for a refund. They refused. Do no go here.
