Thoroughly enjoying our oven! Incrredible service from James with delivery in time for a meal we had planned. He's a wealth of support and knowledge on the neverending uses of the oven, we've been using it almost every day and had very few pizzas! Will definitely be coming back for a masterclass, and perhaps another oven one day! Wholeheartedly reccomend if you're looking for an oven, or some information about wood fired cooking.

Good service. We've had the odd failed pizza but overall a good success rate. I would say go for an oven a size bigger than you think you need and you won't regret it.

Highly recommended, I bought a pizza party oven and had it delivered and demonstrated to my home by James, he ran me through the whole process of making pizzas and we enjoyed a wonderful pizza lunch on completion.

James gave us great tips during our wood fired oven course and made sure our 9 year old son was involved. Highly recommended.

James came out and showed me and some friends how to use the pizza oven and I haven't looked back since. I have had many an enjoyable evening cooking pizza with family and friends. The pizzas are delicious and super quick. Far tastier than shop bought!!

Had a great 2 days with James on a 2 day wood fired pizza course.We learnt the practical techniques involved in creating the perfect pizza and was able to get first hand experience using a wood fired oven and dough roller.The second day gave us a good overview of the business side including branding,marketing ,pricing and covered the types of Venues suitable for trading.Would definitely recommend very enjoyable and a very nice chap .

Having done our research on Woodfired pizzas ovens, and unable to see any due to lockdown and shielding, our decision was made regarding brand, Alfa - an Italian company established 40 years ago. But which model? The Alpha One does the same job as other models but since we entertain and have family close by, we decided on the 5 Minuti. This oven would give us more cooking space and I anticipated that would be best for my husband as he’s the ‘Pizzaiolo’.So decision made, next problem who to buy it from. Again after many phone calls and conversations we placed our order with James at Woodfiredchef.co.uk. He’s a really helpful and sound guy; answered all our questions, and kept us updated on the super fast delivery.It was a real pleasure doing business with James.As for the pizza oven with 1.9m table, well it’s one of our best purchases ever! Expensive but both are fantastic quality, well designed, easy to use, easier than the BBQ to clean.Sadly the very expensive cover was not of the same high quality. Advertised as waterproof and breathable, it certainly wasn’t as it leaked. We informed James who looked into the matter and he instantly refunded the cost. Fantastic. Now we are having a cover purpose made.To date we’ve cooked over 130 pizzas, piadinas, vegetables, steaks and cinnamon apples in our pizza oven. Naan breads are also a hit for curry night!Outdoor cooking has another dimension now!Many thanks James. We highly recommend doing business with you.

Bought an ooni oven James went out of his way to deliver it free of charge, which is fantastic service! He invited me to his lock up to look at the Alfa ovens he has in stock, wow! They really are amazing bits of kit . One day I may be able to afford one.
