5 stars; for location, parking, cafe (nice food) well trained and attentive sales staff. When you come here to look at Bike its a pleasurable experience (tons of car parking,lots of bike/kit choice)Having been to x4 other bike dealerships, this is more like a starbucks/Costa with motorbikes ( A home from home that smells of Petrol ! mmmmmm)

Great place for a stop on the bike for a bite and coffee, if your in the market for a new bike, then also a great place to stop as they have a large selection of bikes to choose from, always welcoming and friendly.

Big thank you to GT motorcycles for getting my bike back on the road after 4 years in storage. Lots of work and kept in formed all the way.

Been trying get down here for a while.Came in today( Sunday afternoon ) headed upstairs to all things Italian (Ducati)As l already own one Italian bike ( MV F4 )Immediately my attention is drawn to V4 speciale.They have all the different categories of bikes here from Suzuk/kawasaki/yamaha and Triumph with a dedicated building for Honda.After speaking with John and talking over some figures.I headed to the coffee shop located to the side of the main showroom area.My server could be best described as impolite and unfriendly as could the rest of the coffee shop crew .You would have thought that they just been told they had all been made redundant!As not a smile between any of them.It was quite off putting tbh.I had a hot chocolate which was very nice and reasonably priced.

I would say I have never seen such type of cheater dealership in my life. I am really shocked by getting such a behaviour from these guys this is not I want to save my money this is just because they went totally against the policy. Even trying multiple times and been told for a call back but never had one in my case.I bought my Honda PCX 125 new from them and paid all money upfront and then on my first service at 600 miles, I bought Honda scheduled service plan according to their advise. and after four months when I went back for my second service at 4000 miles they started arguing with me and they cancelled my policy without giving any proper reason as well as they charged 214.90 pounds for a service that should be free and said I didn't have enough money in my pot. I told them according to the policy which say which ever comes first millage or time and I told them I could pay remaining amount as a one-off payment just do my second service according to the policy. but instead of focusing to develop customer's trust they were trying very hard to steal my money.The lady who served me that day, her name is Lisa. She doesn't deserve to be there. She doesn't want to speak with me on phone as she knew she had made a blunder mistake. She had betrayed my trust.I would never see them again.Regards,Syed Hussain.

As someone who used to ride motorcycles in my youth and has recently decided to get back into the saddle, I was eager to visit GT Motorcycles on Elburton Rd to purchase some essential gear. My shopping list included a helmet, bike lock, gloves, and various other accessories. Before making the trip, I took the initiative to call the store the day before to confirm their stock and available options.Upon arriving at GT Motorcycles, I was greeted by an employee who, unfortunately, didn't seem particularly thrilled to assist me. It was evident that she was having a rough day. Her demeanor was somewhat impatient, and she didn't seem very happy to answer my questions. I understand that I wasn't buying the most expensive gear, but I believe that kindness and patience should be standard in any customer service interaction.To my disappointment, the situation deteriorated further. As I was browsing the merchandise, I couldn't help but notice that the employee who was initially assisting me started talking to another staff member, seemingly in a less-than-professional manner. It appeared as if she was expressing her frustration about my inquiries. This incident made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable as a customer.Understandably disheartened by this experience, I decided to leave GT Motorcycles. I believe that good customer service involves not only providing information and assistance but also creating a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all customers, regardless of their purchase size.In search of a more positive experience, I headed over to J&S Accessories, where I found an entirely different level of service. The staff at J&S Accessories were amazing and exceedingly helpful. They took the time to address my questions, provide expert advice, and make me feel valued as a customer. Their professionalism and friendliness were a stark contrast to the experience I had at GT Motorcycles.In summary, GT Motorcycles on Elburton Rd has a decent selection of motorcycle accessories, but the overall experience can be significantly improved with more attentive, patient, and customer-friendly staff. It's essential for a specialty store like this to foster an environment where customers feel respected and welcomed. Given my encounter, I can't recommend GT Motorcycles at this time. On the other hand, I wholeheartedly endorse J&S Accessories for their exceptional customer service.

Legends cafe is superb. 5 star hygiene rating. English breakfast is one of the best in Plymouth. Everything cooked well and nicely presented. If you are arriving by motorbike there are shelves for your helmets and hanging racks for your jackets. Once you've had refreshments you can drool over the new shiny bikes.

Daughter just bought her first bike with the help of Mike the Suzuki manager. Thank you Mike for making it a brilliant and easy experience for her and she can't wait too pick it up. You have been extremely helpful from the start too the finish.
