The staff here are great but the kids selection for any specific size is often quite poor. Have made four visits over the years, and only come away with a pair of shoes once.

Clarks is my favorite brand for leather shoes and accessories. There Bicester Village factory outlet is great. Not ok much rush and load of varieties and good discounts. Staff was polite and friendly.

Went in to buy some shoes for a toddler. Was meet by a staff member who just couldn't care less about her job. Everything was an effort or a sigh. Left to buy shoes else where.

Really good products with fantastic value.Shop assistants were especially helpful. Particularly Cathryn whom I had the pleasure of shopping with the second round I doubled back after an initial purchase in the morning. She informed me about the bicester village membership which provided me an additional 10% discount, something the earlier assistant failed to mention, and even assisted me with the refund of the discounted portion from the earlier purchase. Kudos!

Staff were helpful and they had a good range. However had no idea you had to have booked in advance for children's fitting - apparently this was on their social media - we had phoned the day before but this was not communicated.

Very good selection of stock available. As a discount outlet the prices are attractive and enticing. The staff are first rate. I cannot fault their willingness to search out stock and offer advice and suggestions. Very impressed. I would certainly visit again as the site contains so many different outlet brands you can find some excellent bargains in one compact area.

Booked our appointment online which was great. We arrived 10 minutes early and they saw us straight away which was a bonus although it meant we didn't get time to look at the styles before hand. Not a massive range of styles but both children had 3 to choose between which is more than enough, more than that and it all gets a bit overwhelming.
