Useless and full of lies had my bro car for over 3 weeks and never sorted problem. Wouldnt order parts so we order a tested part from jag specialist but they wouldnt fit part Car was sat in same place under a tree on the side of the road. Car was covered with bird poo and leaves they have no respect for people's property

I dont own a Jag but if I did this would definitely be the place I would go to get it looked after.I have a work colleague who does. Never has he had a complaint about the service he receives.

Jury's out on a higher rating. Positives...friendly reception, helpful and flexible. Not so positive....cannot have the reception area smelling of smoke...parking is tricky. Will need to see how the car performs post service. First time have used them, and hoping quality of work is good....

Had a service and MOT done to my wife's F Type. All looks good. I needed the car back by 1.00pm. The work was completed by 12:30pm. Will use again.

booked my xj6 (2005) in for a gearbox fault plus 100 k service and it all went as sweet as a nut.This outfit is professional,efficient and knocks spots off main dealers......prices are keen and turnaround quick.They do all my repairs and are A1can only say they are the best in the region and their knowledge is vast,no problem too big to crack.

The team know Jaguars extremely well but a few individuals let the team down. I don’t drive many miles and I hadn’t driven it since my ivory interior had been detailed. These photos taken outside Jagcare show the condition of my car when they keys were handed back to me after an £1100 service & MOT. They used to be a fantastic team but I’m sadly not seeing the level of care that I used to.

Looked at my issue and pinpointed what was wrong straight away. Fixed the problem and didn't charge me the earth. I would highly recommend and I will be using them again in the future.

took my car to 3 different mechanics and non could diagnose the problem with the central locking. Took to Jagcare, they diagnosed and fixed the problem with 2 hours. Great service and reasonable price

Fantastic service by a fantastic team! I visited here a couple of weeks ago when my XF aircon was playing it up; they re-gassed the system the same afternoon and they made sure my 1 year old and I were looked after in their cool office on the hottest day of the year! Great value for money, Thank you!
