Staff is friendly and caring. Technician is helpful and patient in listening to our enquiry, and fixed problems efficiently. The flat introduced by the team is nice, with good neighourhood, quiet environment, convenient to shopping and close to town center and university.

My experience with SU Homes was absolutely great. I was in a great need of a house to settle down, and I was in a hurry because my class had already started. I was travelling from Rochester, Kent to the University to attend classes.So, I explained the situation to SU Homes and, unbelievably, they moved and settled me with my family within a day. Especially Megan and Gemma helped me through every step of the process by sitting literally right beside me. Whenever, I had a question, I'd have to just look up, and help's there. Not only that, once everything gets done, it take some time to prepare the final agreement paper, and I was adviced to go home which I did. However, before getting the final agreement paper, I kind of got impatient and called them around ten times. And every time they handled me with remarkable patience.Also, I'd like to add another thing. So, there was another short waiting period when I had to wait inside the SU office. I had nothing to do, so I started reading a book. There was this guy, unfortunately I didn’t get the name, he noticed that I was a little uncomfortable, and suggested me that I should sit in the waiting room where I'll be more comfortable. That's so nice of him actually.Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I couldn’t imagine getting help quicker than this.
