Wellbeing Shed Reflexology & Indian Head Massage

I cannot recommend the Wellbeing Shed and the lovely Alison enough! The outside building is beautiful and offers tranquillity and privacy. Alison's approach is so welcoming and calm. I have a health condition and Alison has researched this so that she can understand my symptoms and the purpose of my visit. My reflexology sessions are such a treat and wonderful self care which I would highly recommend to everyone.

I’ve booked a 60 minute reflexology session with Alison as a new client. Alison clearly knows what she’s doing, pinpointing the areas of my feet which needed attention and massaging away the soreness. At the end of it, my feet felt lighter and my body relaxed. I've just had the most blissful Indian Head Massage with Alison at the Wellbeing Shed.I'm in Woodbridge on holiday and felt a little cheeky asking for an appointment at short notice, but she very kindly found time for me and I'm so pleased she did.Alison offers a traditional style Indian Head Massage, just what I love, seated in a chair and she was very flexible about oil/no oil.I've left feeling lighter in my body, more open and aware in my mind, and very relaxed.
