I called Pawel as a company that I took out a service plan for my boiler with came to service the boiler. They claimed that there were 5 defects with my boiler and that they were obliged to turn my boiler off until it was fixed and that I would need to phone the office to arrange a suitable day and time to fix the boiler. I spoke to my builder to contact Pawel to please come and have a look at my boiler urgently. Pawel was here the very next day, looked at the so called report, that said nothing about the defects, and proceeded to do the service and every single reading was between the minimum and maximum readings. The only noticeable issue was the flue had 2 tiny dents in it. I discussed this with Pawel and I decided to replace the flue even though it had no noticible impact on the operation and performance of the boiler. He was back 2 days later and completed everything.I have canceled my boiler service plan and will be using Pawel going forward

The service carried out by Paweł was superb. I've decided to move my gas meter outside the house and needed gas engineer to run new pipework to the meter as well as new pipe underfloor to the cooker in the kitchen.The work carried out was very neat and tidy and Pawel offered lots of advice.In addition I asked him to service my boiler and clean the entire central heating and adding inhibitor to the system.My radiators are piping hot now and never seen anyone cleaning almost every part of the boiler during service. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Having had a terrible time with two other plumber, Pawel rescued the situation. He is detail oriented and likes to do things right - whether you are aware of it or not. I believe he is value for money, excellent time keeping, flexibility, tidy and gets the job done right. He is also considerate and I found him really easy to work with. Genuinely must be one of the best plumbers in Scotland. He carried works relating to heating system and also bathrooms. Nothing was too much trouble.
