Ian is the absolute guvna when it comes to plumbing emergency .Twice Ian has come to my house.First time he fixes a boiler for £90. That had two or three plumbers flummoxed already .Second time he got a cold radiator warming up in with no fuss and done me a magic deal .Ian will get you sorted out , fully knows what he is doing and will charge you the right amount every time

I've been using Ian for several years now for both Boiler servicing and gas safe testing. A truly competent, thorough , trustworthy & sound professional. Rates are always a fair price and he takes the time to talk you through the detail(depending how much you want to know of course!)..just gives you that reassurance and confidence that he knows his stuff. Highly recommend and I will continue to use Ian's services for years to come.

Originally I booked them for a boiler service, but whilst they were here they fixed my Nest thermostat and and checked out some other plumbing issues we had. They were so nice, friendly and not complacent at all. When he told me how much it cost I had to ask Ian to repeat the fee, as I couldn't believe it was less than half of what I was expecting to pay. Get these guys as they're honest and won't rip you off. We plan on using them again in the new year. We're very happy.

I contacted Ian at 10am regarding a hot water issue. The problem was quickly diagnosed, a part sourced, fitted and back in service by 12:00, and all at a reasonable price.Highly recommended and will use again.

Ian is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, honest and reliable and provides a great service. He is always willing to give helpful advice about plumbing and heating issues as well as fix them. It’s so good to have a decent trustworthy engineer who goes out of his way to fit you in in an ‘emergency’ and do the best he can at a very reasonable cost.
