The best kitchens and advice. Better than the larger well known kitchen stores.

It’s now 8 years since k4 fitted my kitchen and bathroom, and both are still as good as the day they were completed. Not only do they use good quality fixtures, but their fitters are also excellent. Many friends have had new kitchens and bathrooms in the last 8 years, and the quality of some of the work leaves much to be desired, even though they’ve used Howdens and other supposedly high-end suppliers. The reliability of fitters also seems to often be an issue. I would recommend k4 unreservedly - Martin and his team provide excellent service from start to finish.

'Interesting' experience. Overall, kitchen is OK 3-4 stars. However, customer experience is awful. Error in ordering found after installation started, caused delay of several days. Then, worst of all, a cracked sink after a couple of years. We'd bought a Blanco sink with a 25 year guarantee, K4 acknowledged that it was a thermal crack and could be claimed on. NOTHING ELSE HAPPENED. Continual chasing, continual fobbing off with an ever increasing array of pathetic excuses. Never did get the sink replaced. Pathetic. K4 only needed to redeem a guarantee, no cost, just a little effort - COULDN'T BE BOTHERED.So in summary, your kitchen will be OK if nothing goes wrong, but God help you if you need after sales support.
