What can I say other than thank you! Eddie is a highly intelligent energetic sprocker, who was always constantly on the go. With the help of Sandra we now understand how to work with him and have fun at the same time. We have had so many wins with Eddie from settling in the evenings to being confident enough to approach other dogs. If you’re considering booking on a class with Sandra and her team do it! It’s one of the best decisions we have made and brought us fun, clarity and the confidence to be able to take him out somewhere knowing he will let us relax and enjoy an outing.

Sandra is FANTASTIC! She has been extremely patient and supportive since we first contacted her, really helping us to understand and train our Husky x Alaskan Shepard puppy.Sandra is always responsive on WhatsApp, trying to help remotely as much as possible.We initially had a one to one session which was really great. Since then we have been on two classes. They are very well run, Sandra is supportive of each dog and their owners. Giving individual support for each training exercise, modifying to the dog (and owner’s) needs.Sandra is very generous with her time and puppy gift bags!Nothing is ever too much for Sandra to help with. She will even provide training advice and videos for things you need help without outside of the classes. She really cares about the dogs (and the owners!) and wants you to succeed.My husband and I would thoroughly recommend Sandra at Happipup, she is brilliant.

Met Sandra at our home to discuss training our 4 year old rescue dog.Immediately she had a rapport with 'Bobby'. She gave us many practical tips following this up with a detailed email and videos.We will definitely be using these tips and go back to her with any queries.Locking forward to having a well behaved and happy dog in the not to distant future thanks to Sandra.

Sandra has been amazing with our anxious dog Jake. She has shown me ways to interact and play with him to reduce anxiety and to stimulate his problem solving skills. He loves the games we play and I have seen a noticeable difference in just three weeks. Having a better awareness of his needs has helped us both and the new puppy joins in too.

Sandra has made our first few weeks with our new puppy very happy ones. She has reassured us and given us great advice and tips for calming and training our puppy who responds with delight. An amazing class to attend when you are starting out with your puppy. Sandra and her team are friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. One of the aspects I found most valuable about the classes is the team don’t assume ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to puppies and were always willing to provide alternative training suggestions and ideas if a certain approach wasn’t working for your pup.The classes provide a really stimulating and relaxed environment for your puppy to learn in. The activities are fun but challenge your pup and I can honestly say we all learnt loads! I really appreciated the fact that if a puppy wasn’t ‘performing’ on a particular evening there was no judgement and you were not made to feel like a bad owner-which I have experienced at other dog training classes.I can't recommend Sandra and her team highly enough and we are looking forward to attending the follow on puppy classes which we know will help our puppy to develop into a well-behaved, confident, and well-balanced dog.Huge thank you to you all.

I'm so glad I found Sandra, I really look forward to her coming over and the change in Cody (My 6 year old Cav) has been amazing! Sandra works with me, adapting things to our home life and really getting to know Cody which then means she can tailor the training to really suit his personality and character which in turn means it works brilliantly!!! She is calm, very knowledgeable, clearly loves dogs and always leaves me with a plan of action which is awesome as dog training can be quite overwhelming sometimes so this helps me focus on what we are learning right now and focus more. Each session we build on what we have learnt and then add any other things we want to address. We have two puppies on the way in a few weeks and I can't wait for Sandra to meet them and help me on our training journey with them too!

Couldn’t rate Sandra highly enough. Really understanding of underlying behavioural issues and patterns our dog has with clear guidance on next steps.Our pooch interacted positively and quickly and we saw almost immediate results and changes just only after one session with Sandra.
