i bought a armani tracksuit for my son Christmas it was quite expensive after washing it once I did wash it at the wright temperature and did not tumble it ,after email jdsport for about 2 weeks and talked by email for a quick long time in the end ,talked to someone told me to take it back to the shop to be examined the send it away from it to examined game back thrrecwas a falt with it so I my son could pick something else ,he did but I did think I could have compensation for the bother I had taking it back ,twice having to use petrol and my time the thing it bought was 20 pound more ,but the made me pay more ,I thought they wouldn't have charged me ,but the did ,

It's horrible that there is a fitting room but you can't use it. As a customer, do I have to go home from the store to get measured and return to exchange because the size didn't fit, I don't think so.

The shop is very nice but the saler is very rude to my kid he shouted on my boy face because he gets into the cashier side he is just 2years old he broke my heart because I couldn’t reply him on what he doing at the end I refuse to buy because of this man

Really helpful and friendly staff took the trouble to order the trainers I wanted online when the shop didn't stock the half size I needed. Absolutely easy and stress-free and I will get the right trainers within 48 hours of going into the shop.

Absolute joke of a company, bought 80 pounds trainers for my hubby, JD staff sent the wrong size I returned them via their return policy. For them to with hold my money for over a week, now they are claiming the can not find the order so won't refund me! Like we needed this as well as covid to wreck my hubby's birthday present. Now their call people continue to hang up on me when I get through and ask! Absolutely a joke.
