eFoam (Simply Foam Products Ltd.)

Found their website during a google search for replacement seat cushion foam. dead easy to use, select and enter sizes to get a price. Ordered 4 pieces for our dining room chairs on Saturday and they arrived on Tuesday wrapped in black plastic - perfectly suitable, they are foam after all. Half an hour later after slight modification (I knew this would be required before ordering) and they were all fitted. Many thanks Efoam to all concerned, we didnt realise quite how worn our old ones were.

As a first time DIYer making padded headboard panels. I reached out to efoam for some advice. If the lady I spoke to (Angie) is anything to go by, as a representation of their customer service, I would be very proud as a leader in the business setting such high standards from their team. Not only did she recommend the products to purchase but explained in detail the best way to approach the task. Angie was very patient with me on 3 different phone call conversations.The items arrived exactly as described and these are top quality products. Super happy with my purchase and I’m feeling very confident after the direction I was given by Angie.It’s really nice to see a business that is still customer focused in this day and age. We stumbled across eFoam whilst looking for acoustic material. They seemed a lot cheaper than the alternative companies, and had a huge range, so we gave them a call. They were extremely helpful and suggested we pop down and see them where they could show us some samples (simple enough as they are only a few miles away). When we got there we were dealt with by Charlie & Ange who provided lots of great advice (excellent customer service and product knowledge); we even saved quite a few quid! We purchased the recommended acoustic foam and ordered some further products which we hadn’t considered. These were delivered the next day (on a Saturday). Halfway through the job we realised we’d miscalculated and needed a few more bits. No problem! A quick call to eFoam and the extras were shipped for next day delivery. Absolutely amazing! To say we are very happy with eFoam (in particular Charlie & Ange) is a huge understatement. We have a couple more projects coming up and eFoam will be our immediate ’go to’. Thank you, Charlie and Ange, we will see you again soon. Exceptional service - highly recommended.

Received tracking number that I wasn’t able to track. After 12 days, no parcel and they couldn’t locate it. I have asked for a refund that I am still waiting for it. Generally bad experience and I do not recommend this company.

We wanted to replace all cushions on a corner sofa. Efoam was one of the companies that could provided memoey foam on top of firm foam stuck together. The service was fast and 3 days later we had a comfortable sofa once more. Yes recommended.

Dealt with Anj and Deb. Excellent service from start to finish. Dropped off my cover for my sofa cushions. Wasn't sure which one I wanted to go with, they brought out samples for me to test. Once picked it was ready for the next day to pick up. I then posted my other two covers and again they were done the next day to pick up. Excellent service, highly reccomend for all you foam needs!!

It’s a scam. We ordered blocks of foam and it came all wrong. Blocks were made of pieces of foam glued together. The sheets of foam also didn’t match the thickness they say. If you call them, a soulless girl answers and keeps saying to send them an email which they will never reply to.

We had a short length single loft bed for our daughter and the spring mattress needed replacing. We ordered a custom size foam firm mattress with 5cm memory foam topper. It arrived on a next day delivery and is amazing. Very good value and feels just as good as our expensive emma mattress. The fit was exactly to size. Highly recommend.
