Josh did 4 small jobs for us and each was excellent. Our heating system is working the best that it has done since we moved in 2 years ago. Josh really knows his stuff and is great at explaining what needs doing and why. He was also reliable and communicated well, despite being extremely busy and in demand.

If they approach plumbing like they do driving I would avoid.Branded van this morning overtook a whole lane of right turning traffic by driving down the wrong side of the carriageway forcing on coming traffic to stop, before cutting in to the queue at the last minute. Then tail gated a car transporter onto the roundabout again forcing on coming traffic to stop. Completely disrespectful of other road users and dangerous. If this is the character of the staff I wouldn't trust them in my house.

My boiler broke down and I needed to replace it urgently. I phoned Sheffield Plumbing Services and Josh came the next day to give me a quote. He explained everything very clearly and altered his schedule so that he could fit it within a couple of days. He did a first class job of fitting the boiler and also a brilliant job of boxing in the new pipework which was needed below the boiler. This was a great relief as the boiler is on the kitchen wall. Thanks again Josh!

Josh and his team renovated our bathroom including re-plastering, tiling, installing a bath, shower, toilet, shower screen and new heated towel rail all within a week! We are very happy with the quality of the work and Josh's commitment to our satisfaction when he personally checks on each job at its conclusion. This gave us a chance if we wanted anything changed. The quotation was clear and we were kept updated throughout. The work was completed with no hidden costs. Josh was professional and friendly and we would hire him again should we need any further plumbing or gas work done.
