Excellent service, professional and friendly keeping us informed during the entire purchase. Any questions we had were answered immediately or they would look into and promptly call us back with a response. Nothing was too much trouble to help even when we lost our buyer, they kept in close contact with us and our seller and all went well with special thanks to Amanda we are now settling in our new home but should sell would definitely go through them.

The delays were nothing to do with Millington Tunnicliff, unfortunately one link in the chain had some incompetent solicitors and estate agents. We were shown around by Janice initially, and from then Nigel, Stuart and Amanda helped with answering my 'silly' questions, always replied to my emails quickly and generally made me feel at ease every time we spoke. Although I'm glad we have finally moved in, I will miss communicating with the team. Thank you all again for your help, and sorry again for getting you involved with such nonsense on one side of the chain!P.S - Love my Millington Tunnicliff key ring!

I live 200 miles away from Ivybridge and was interested in getting an estimated value on my fathers property due to his illness.Stuart Millington arranged to meet me at the property and was prompt, polite and extremely professional.He forwarded a valuation estimate as promised and quoted the cost to sell.My brother and I agreed to these terms and Stuart arranged for the bungalow to be advertised.Throughout the initial viewing process and eventual quick sale communication from Stuart , Nigel and Amanda was fantastic.I cannot recommend the team highly enough.Thoroughly recommended.
