A basic but lovely caravan site no club.. I like it no noiseNo bike or scooter riding... I like no damage to carsHas a small laundryClose to the sea wall, private gate to get on itNo dogs ... so no poooo

Bought our caravan in March & must say its best thing we have ever done. This site is simply perfect. The location, the access to coastal path & surrounding country walks are excellent. It is so peaceful too. Dogs are now welcome but you wouldn't think it as they must be kept on a lead & not to wander around. Grounds are imaculate & everyone friendly. If you are thinking of purchasing one, look no further than here!! You won't be disappointed....

Lovley quiet campsite (static caravans only). Owner is absolutely brilliant, will help with anything he can. Grounds are immaculate, rear access to the sea wall and path. Can't priase this place enough.

I was introduced to Sandy Bay Caravan Park when I was doing videography and photography for them. The experience was an absolute pleasure from the get go. Eric and Charlotte are so lovely and accommodating. They showed me around the site which is beautiful, it’s quiet and the people there are lovely. It has a locked gate that leads right on to the Shore and the views are spectacular.I spoke to a few people that stays at Sandy Bay and they had nothing but good words to say about the site, the location, and Charlotte and Eric.I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re thinking of investing in a static caravan.

Well maintained quiet site. No bikes or dogs and children have a designated play area so no kids running round caravans. Beautiful location.

Excellent caravan site, ideal location, quiet and relaxing, owners are amazing always there if you need anything.

We own a static holiday home on this site and we absolutely love it.The site is nice and quiet, and yet very friendly, no noisy club house or wild parties, just the way we like it, our piece of serenity, our sanctuary, a calm space to relax and unwind in the most beautiful surroundings.Just a few strides through the locked gate is the most stunning panoramic view across the bay, and when the tide is out, which is often, you can walk on the beach. There is also the sea wall path that can be walked for miles in either direction, I walk this most days and it's like my personal dose of therapy, it takes your mind to a different place each time. It is about a 10 minute walk into the village of Knott End, which has all the shops you could need, these will take you back to when local businesses was the only way to shop, and the quality and service excellent. There are also some great places to eat and drink in Knott End and the surrounding areas. It really is such a friendly area with lovely people. And the car journey to get here through the other little villages, once over the Shard bridge, is simply lovely, that's when the calm comes over you.Charlotte and Eric, who own the site and run it extremely well, are just the loveliest couple, nothing is too much trouble, the grounds are very well maintained all year round, keeping them clean, neat and tidy. There are laundry facilities on site, which are also well maintained and come in very useful. Entry to the site is by the security barrier which offers that extra peace of mind when you are away from your holiday home.We've had our holiday home here for just one year, almost, but with a 50 week season we have been able to make the very most of it, and intend to do just that for the foreseeable.We would highly recommend this lovely site.A very de-stressed Lynn & Chris

Bought our caravan just over 2yrs ago stunning views from the coastal walk adjacent to the site.Really friendly owners if you like peace and quiet this is the place to be.

It gets 5 stars because my premier friend lives there and its near the sea.
