Not professional since the first time of being in contact. Treated like a child... no empathy in any part of the process of selling our house. Unprofessional in the tone used when talking to me. Carol, who I believe is the owner? One comment for example, we can be trusted you know". When I didn't want to leave them a key for viewings when we were going to be away. I have a 3 year old daughter

We highly recommend Carol and Jenny, they helped to ensure that a stressful process went as smoothly as possible and kept us updated throughout. Carol in particular helped to ensure that our property sale/purchase went ahead and we are most grateful for this. We would recommend them if you are in need of an estate agent.

I have bought & also sold using this agent. The service they provide is excellent. They are professional, efficient, friendly, helpful & have gone the extra mile to complete the purchase in record time, even communicating outside of office hours. Selling my property was in a chain with a little bump at the bottom of chain, but I was kept in the loop & Hansons did everything & more to make sure the sale completed on time. THANK YOU ALL….As for the latest negative review….. We were in the process of previously purchasing from that person. Throughout the process he was demanding more & more on a daily basis & providing less & less moving the goal posts, to the extend we withdrew from purchasing his property.

Having dealth with many Estate Agents over the years, I can honestly say Hansons are the best by a country mile and a credit to their profession. This is how Estate Agency should be done. Professional, efficient & honest. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Rude, uncommunicative and blunt. Avoid this place like the plague.The company is unable to provide a service that they initially offered, you do not offer a service and then say you are far too busy to complete the offer, a simple task as sending an email with a phone number on it, disgusted!!!!!
