Ordered a battery through the website then went and picked it up Sat morning, fast service, easy to find, easy to park. They generally always have some kind of deals on the website, so always worth checking online rather than just dropping in

OK in the shop but DONT do the online option.Ordered parts a week ago half turned up 4 days later. Then had to spend hours taking pictures to supposedly prove I didn't get them (that dosnt prove that tho dose it?..) then had to spend hrs on an online chat to be told they were wrong it was out of order and they were sorry to then wait another 2 days for a £3.00 part they had already charged me for but not delivered previously (no offer of compo as stuffed my week up) who's paying the rent for the week the vans been waiting on a ramp then haha. Usless and will definitely never use that option again. When i called my local gsf they even said good luck with head office as there useless and had to get the number of them as apparently the number online is wrong on purpose.!!!!!!.. . ..

Friendly staff usually but today my husband came in and the Eastern European woman who served him had an attitude and accused him of being sexist, can someone teach her some customer service skills and how to speak to people, she definitely needs to be trained up
