Brilliant service very friendly and welcoming, mim is an excellent hairdresser and I'm sure any of the team wouldn't disappoint I'll definitely be going back whenever I need a haircut

Expect a long wait 45mins+, but the staff are friendly and the hair cuts are good.

It wasn't just a hairdresser. It has an amazing atmosphere and lots of friendly staff. The decor has a kind of rustic/nerdy feel which I loved. The walls were plastered with newspaper articles which made it look amazing. They always manage to get my hair better every time. I have been with pretty much every person on the staff team and everyone there makes my hair look nice and do it softly so it doesn't hurt. This place does male and female, child and senior, it's amazing. Thank you so much, you've been doing my hair amazing for for years and even though I've moved house recently I will still be going out of my way to go there. So thanks for being amazing at cutting hair. I will certainly be looking forward to going again as soon as lockdown ends and we're able to go

Worst barbers I've ever been to, gave my son a grade 2 when asked for a grade 1. Asked to take of half of the hair but everything was still there, Would not recommend.

Not going back to this place, barber seemed annoyed at me, didn't engage in conversation or any level of customer interaction.I felt like he was rushing through the cut and when I asked him to take it shorter the response was far from obliging, when he went in with the clippers he wasn't very careful and ending up taking a bit of my beard off them, by that point it was too late to say anything so I was polite, said thanks and paid but wont be back.It's a good job I wear my hair pretty scruffy because the cut isn't exactly the tidiest either with the trim around the ear being far from precise and each sideburn trimmed differently.Not good.

My regular go-to for a haircut, I've used them regularly for the last few years. They can be very busy during peak times so I tend to go midweek. Lovely, friendly staff and there's a nice vibe to the place. Happily recommended.

Best chop shop in Stourbridge, just a shame Tom left! All the staff are lovely and always have a good conversation with you and make you feel good, really does make for a nice experience. Can get crazy busy at prime times though!
