Dr Luk is an excellent GP. He is so thorough and informative. I’m very pleased to have him as my GP. The staff in reception are always very helpful too. Many thanks.

Refuse to give children appointments for severe illnesses.Cocky receptionist.Always full" on appointments but waiting room is ALWAYS empty.Lazy and incompetent"

I became a new patient at this surgery in April this year. I have had treatment on two occasions since then. On the latter occasion I had a face to face appointment with the GP who arranged for an X-ray and physio treatment by phone. Thank you very much.

Reception staff at this surgery always helpful nursing staff excellent but the GP had a condersending attitude accused me of putting her and her family at risk for refusing a covid test I didn't refuse I didn't have the money to buy one I wanted to be seen as my ashma had gotten worse I have a cough nothing like a covid cough I reasurred her it was my ashma after my consultation she'd made me feel so bad I borrowed the money for the test it was of corse negative she prescribed steroids and antibiotics I'm a retired health professional and would never put anyone at risk 5weeks ago I was in AE and diagnosed with pneumonia surely the history is enough

DONT GO TO THIS medical facility"!!!!! IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Worst place i ave ever been!The receptionists put the phones down on you. They dont book appointments properly

I recently moved to Huddersfield from London. One of my fears i have always had is will my gp understand me? Will my gp be caring and passionate in what he or she does as i too am in the social care field who deliver care to my patients/clients". I was told Crosland Moor surgery doctor's were caring so i registered. Well...my gp Dr Luk is one of the most efficient caring gp's i have ever come across. Within a space of days after my first consultation he had my treatment put in place. A huge assett Dr Luk is for our NHS. Thank you Dr. Michael Luk for making me feel comfortable and overall cared for."

Crossland Moor surgery arunsatisfactory with phone calls and seeing patients when you are needed please don't use them.Warning: you'll be seen once in 3 years.

Why this surgery only has low rating i don't know. I have always had first class treatment from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. Keep it up and well done.

Amazing staff all round, reception staff are friendly and pleasant at all times. Nurses are lovely. Dr Rao is so kind and I am so grateful and feel very fortunate to be cared for by tbis practice.
