can't praise them high enough, fab doctors, fab receptionists....they've been supporting both my son and I during a crisis.

My partner is still waiting for NHS number to obtain the COVID-19 vaccination, she over 60 years old with over 50's now obtaining the vaccination.

What a lovelyteam of people on reception very different to my own GP practice Highcroft surgery in Arnold. It is nice to be treated with respect politeness and care. Highcroft could learn a lot from here.

Shocking service. My mum waited over 2 hrs to see a nurse. She went up twice to the reception who said someone would be with her shortly. Nada. Someone should keep a 78 year informed. No wonder this surgery is receiving poor reviews.

Fantastic caring staff.

I’m a patient of this surgery for the past 25 years. I have always had a very helpful service from the reception staff. They are trying their best although we are all aware of the current crisis the NHS is going through as regards underfunding, cutbacks and encroaching privatisation. Even under these very difficult circumstances the staff at Elmswood Surgery is exceptionally helpful and empathetic. The medical staff has excellent awareness of disability, special needs and related issues and I’ve always felt treated with respect and care. Mostly I’ve been seen by my own GP Dr Malik and occasionally by Dr Bond and on every visit I received great care and encouragement. Thank you very much!
