Can I give a zero?Don't bother. Don't always up when agreed, for payment. Always excuses. The least they could do is communicate with you and let you know no one is coming. It's only good manners.Don't respond to emails when got a problem. Stopped the service after no one turned up for money. Excuse that was a stand in, comes at different time. He didn't turn up at all! Stayed in and No call to say wasn't coming, wasted day off work.Badly run, little or no basic communication skills. Take customers for granted.Better off using your local store, cheaper and value you more.

Always on time and completely reliable. I am happy to support a local business rather than big supermarkets. The quality is top notch so what's not to love.

Gave them 3 stars because I have had 24 years good service untill this year. I work nights so the milk is taken in early in the morning. I have had off milk delivered on different days. And dirty bottles. So if it was a one time occurrence I could understand.

A fantastic company that delivers fresh and excellent quality items. I have changed my order in the evening before delivery before and it has been changed in time for delivery. Good communication and pleasant and hard working milkmen.

Been having our milk delivered from them fir about a month now never any problems, nice to have the milk delivered in a pint glass bottle with a lovely topping of cream on it that you don't get with the plastic bottle.

I've used Taylors Dairies Ltd now for 6+years for delivery of dairy and other products. Always excellent service and they have never let us down. Additional benefit of ordering, amending and paying for order online.

I've had to Taylors Dairies for years but have to say this year's meat hamper I had a slightly different one with the role Turkey was exceptional such good value for money all the meat was high quality even had sausages in there that I wasn't expecting just a big thank you you made our Christmas I will definitely be having this meat hamper again as always Taylors Deliver the best of every thing and a very big thank you to our lovely milkman no mater what the weather is he gets here with a smile on his face so a big shout out to all those who are up half the night to make sure we have our milk and bits so we can start our day right happy new year to you all xx Linda Purcell Cleeve crescent Bletchley
