I had a great buying experience with Victoria Car Sales Southend, Peter was honest friendly and I was not pressured in to buying my car, as it goes poor Peter was more pressured with me, ;-) as I really loved the car and needed a car sooner then later but he wanted to make sure that I was happy all the way through the purchase, To me he felt more like a friend then a sales person. thank you Peter and Keith, I will defo be back if I need another car and will recommend to people I know who want a car.

Excellent experience. Car (2005 Mini Cooper) is fantastic. Dealt mainly with Keith. He knew the car was being purchased for my daughter to learn on and that I would be giving it a 'shakedown' to ensure all was shipshape before lessons started. On purchasing he replaced parts I had not noticed were faulty. The car came with a warranty which Keith honoured for a minor issue. Would I return and buy another or recommend to a friend? Yes. Without question.

I did an excellent deal in this stand, I bought a Mercedes classic model car, it's been a year without any problems until today. I advise you to look for a car in this stand.

Bought a car from here the man let me take it for a test drive an I noticed a noise and the break peddle was a bit hard the man said he was taking the car to have a mot the next day an all problems would be sorted which was obviously a doodgy mot. I collected the car a week later the man said everything was done on it so I took it away. A week later I notice there's a banging noise again so my friend looked over the car and found that one of the wheels is illegal the drop links had to be changed and the steering rake was broken. So I went back to the gentleman an he made out he knew nothing about the problems an he would take it back to the garage an get his mechanic to look at the car but if its not mot worthy then it won't be fixed an when the steering rake was mention he said that's not dangerous. I will never buy a car from here or take it to the garage where this man takes h his cars I went somewhere else to have the problems fixed as I now I can trust the people to fix all the problems an make sure the car is safe for my son to go in.

Keith is a great guy honest reliable cars if you have a problem he's happy to help ,took my daughter there to buy a fiesta 1.4 deal done the next day car ready to collect swift effortless transaction if only more car dealers where this honest and reliable

It’s such a shame I have to write this.But please avoid at all costs!Bought a car in February and the car was sold with the exhaust pipe illegal and hanging off! Called them and they wasn’t interested, then a few weeks later the clutch had gone! In total had the car less than 6 months and cost over £3000 to repair! They are also involved with a garage that provides false MOT passes and sells the cars in dangerous condition, this car dealership are all in the scam together, don’t be fooled by these positive reviews! They are clearly false they are all scam artists together ! Advoid! Advoid! Advoid!
