Halsbury Travel is a great customer to work with, having tackled some really interesting projects throughout the last year that have been both challenging and rewarding, especially working with such a diverse team from all over the world. Glad to see that travel is still valued as part of the school life, certainly takes me back a bit.

Very bad company, wouldn’t recommend. Any schools or companies thinking about using the travel agency should quickly rethink this and look for a new one. The bus took almost 4 hours to arrive and it was really cramped we would’ve missed the ferry anyway and we were an hour away from dover when we had to turn around and it was going 20mph down a motorway. The bus was in total shambles and clearly unfit for use. This left 77 disappointed kids upset and unable to go on a 4 day trip to Germany! Would give 0 stars if I could!

Outstanding experience! Professional and accommodating, the team considered all the finer details and planned a wonderful and engaging trip for students. Leonardo, Gaynor and Alex were fantastic and their customer support provided a 5 star experience.

I have worked with Halsbury Travel Group directly in the UK and on trips across Europe. They are a fantastic company with great staff. Their expertise is second to none and the attention to details is spot on. I am very very happy to continue my working relationship with this great company.

No organisational skills, long story short they left 57 STUDENTS and staff stranded at Disneyland Paris without a coach or any means to get back to the hotel ( we had to find emergency travel at 01:00 am). Forget about the lack of communication, rudeness and not following the intenairy making up things as they please.the whole company is a mess to be frankly honest with you!Not booking tickets for places we was meant to go,not sorting food for staff and students. Remember all of this was meant to be planned a year ago. To be honest we had to book and pay for most things, we nearly did it all ourselves. What was the point of using Halsbury travels. 0 stars they deserve for the lack of transparency and safeguarding!!

I've worked as a supplier for Halsbury for several years now. Having worked in the travel and education sectors previously, I've found Halsbury to be brilliant - excellent service, very open to feedback, complete support with any requests, and generally just lovely to work alongside.

I wish I could give 0 stars.I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Halsbury Travel during my recent trip to Barcelona. The initial quote I received was misleading and the final price escalated quickly after the booking. Communication was poor, with delayed responses and confusion from staff members not involved in our trip arrangements. The lack of a designated point of contact added unnecessary stress. The absence of final itinerary plans until two weeks before the trip caused anxiety and left little time for verification. The emergency phone numbers provided were non-functional outside of office hours. Accommodation arrangements were disorganized, with scattered rooms hindering effective group management. Dietary requirements were not adequately accommodated, despite assurances. There were numerous incidents of miscommunication and delays with coaches, causing frustration and discomfort for the students. The visit to Parc Güell lacked a guide as promised in the itinerary, resulting in a missed opportunity for a meaningful experience. The lack of flexibility with coaches further compounded the issues. The visit to PortAventura lacked the promised lunch tickets, causing unnecessary delays and discomfort for the students. Overall, the trip was marred by disorganization, unprofessionalism, and a lack of attention to detail. I will not be considering Halsbury Travel for future trips and feel compelled to share this experience to warn others.

Halsbury have supported our school through various trips over the last several years and have consistently produced high quality and excellent value itineraries. They carefully listen to your requirements and tailor fit everything to your group. They have also proven themselves to be flexible, ensuring that our students get the best experience possible!

Personally, I've been organising school trips for twenty years and especially football tours. This by far, was the best experience for pupils and staff.I've used Halsbury travel for every school trip that I've organised in the school. From start to finish, Halsbury take the hassle out of sorting the administration of the tour. This allows me to focus on the preparation for the trip.I would recommend the Gothia Cup to any school, who would like to experience a well organised tournament and play in the biggest World Youth tournament.This was to be my last tour for many reasons, but I have the enthusiasm again to run the next tour to Sweden.Big thanks to Gayle & Jack.
