Waited for a tracked parcel nobody came. After tracking says tried to deliver. No card pushed through. Unable to speak to any6at the office. It's only automated and when ring they get tracking numbers and letters mixed up because automated. Nobody knocked on the door from post office so how was delivery attempted

Came here to enquire about a missing parcel and the staff in the collection office was fantastic. He couldn't of done enough for me. He found my missing parcel for me which saved the day for me as it was my son's passport and we were going away the following day. It wasn't even royal mails fault but the passport office as they put the wrong house number on my parcel. They missed the first digit off. Thank you to Ron for all the help he gave me, my wife and i couldn't be more grateful.

I have to drive to the other side of hull just to collect parcels when there is a post office that's this side of hull that's easier to get to, I asked for my item to be left in a safe place and I still have to go collect and I have even had it where I have been on my drive and my partner has been sat in the living room and they have still posted a sorry I missed you up through the door, it not hard is it.

After I had messed up delivery of a birthday present I needed for tomorrow I popped in on the off chance to see if they could help. The two friendly members of staff (sorry I didn’t get your names) went above and beyond to locate my parcel. I cannot thank you enough. 1/7/23

Short queue quickly dealt with. When busy often 2 desks open. Staff Polite and helpful.Parking restrictions near the collection office are not well enforced

When will they learn that people want to speak to people not automated systems that have not been updated. My tracking says it will be delivered yesterday. If I go out it will come! If i go out to collect it it wont be there. No wonder so many businesses avoid using the mail.
