Bad communication skills I had no text from my driver to say he was on his way so I could track how far he was. Slow service and no answer took me 8 times to get through to an operator. Called the taxi at 8:20 am and it arrived at 9:01 am

I used S & D Taxis on numerous occasions including Airport journeys. They have always been reliable and at a fair price. I recommend S & D Taxis.

A place I had always wanted to visit and put on my freedom list when we first hit lockdown. I thought of giving the place 4 stars, for the fact that you will probably find yourself queuing to get the boat, and into the Castle. But maybe it's just due to its gardens and buildings being so popular.

Shocking service, pre booked a week in advance 20 mins late picking up to go to college with kids then we was left waiting in the freezing cold, half an hour late on our return with SEN children with no apology!

Been left standing at the end of my drive with bags and baby for half an hour. Absolutely shocking.Booked a taxi last night to come for 8:15 this morning. At 8:20, still had not received the dispatch text so I rang them. Hardly even an apology, just said the taxi was getting cleaned and it would be dispatched in 10 mins. Asked for a discount as I was now going to be late, but the operator just hung up.Dispatch text finally came through at 8:35 am, 20 mins after he was supposed to be here. Fuming.Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened. Wish this wasnt the case, as the operators are usually nicer than Metro, but I have been let down the worst by S&D. Never using them again.
