I have been coughing for weeks due to untreated heartburn, and this surgery refuses to refer me to a specialist claiming I'm too young to be sick". Instead I've been prescribed antibiotics

Receptionists greatly unhelpful, after requesting an urgent prescription they were not willing to help nor have any care for my situation. Asking me to phone the next day when my situation was urgent and could not be left. I had the same issue when I phoned with a kidney infection and they left me over the weekend, had 0 care for my situation. As a GP receptionist myself, it’s so disappointing to receive such unhelpful, wrong advice. They have an urgent call back list for a reason, infections should never be left. Also, impossible to get through in mornings, always engaged tone, phone system urgently needs improving. Also the patient triage / econsult does not work, submitted 4 days ago for my 1 year old and heard nothing even though it's a 72 hour" time frame. Also claims online "We are currently accepting these Monday to Friday 8am – 12:45pm" yet i go on at 9am and its shut ??? Place has gone downhill so much since merging with mayflower

We moved to Glenholt recently and I was very concerned about leaving our previous surgery due to my husbands health conditions....we chose to register with Robourgh Surgery and I can honestly say the care we have received has been excellent,This afternoon we went for my husbands diabetes check with the nurse...I think her name was Sam, we have never ever felt so comfortable and relaxed and the care was second to none, she went above and beyond to help and advise my husband.Thankyou ...

Very poor empathy for patients. I have M.E and despite fighting for my rights to have treatment care and support. This surgery fails on all accounts. I have now had to take my complaints to the omnibus and ICB as the practice will not listen to my concerns. Nor do they care.

This surgery has genuinely had a serious impact on my physical and mental health. I have severe long term physical and mental health conditions, and in my times of need, this surgery fails me every time. They tell you to reach out for help these days, but when you do to this surgery, you are left feeling worse than you did before! They have done nothing but make me feel like I'm not important enough to receive help, and that I am exaggerating my levels of pain, even though they can see I have serious physical conditions on their system!! Apparently having epilepsy, chiari malformation, syringomyelia, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, fibromyalgia and functional neurological disorder at 34 years old doesn't warrant the need for help!Just discusting!

This surgery seriously fails on it's duty of care as primary healthcare providers. Impossible to get a face to face appointment. You have to go into the appointment lottery. If you ring on a Friday you then have to join all the people on Monday that also want appointments and then its a roll of the dice to call when the surgery is not engaged. There are much fairer ways of distributing scant appointments-waitlisted for example on a first come first served basis with some form of triaging. Expecting elderly people to be able to surmount all the hurdles to see a Dr is just l7dicrous.

This surgery made me feel like I was a pest. I have been palmed off by reception and when I finally got a doctor I received advice I already knew. When I said I didn't want their line of treatment I basically had the phone slammed down on me before I could say anything else. Zero empathy. My partner had a similar experience after asking for a specific doctor only to given a temp and told to do yet another test she didn't even want. After receiving this poor treatment I was told to write them a letter of complaint and go to their surgery to drop it off. No thanks. Its all here, for people who might find it useful (instead of probably getting chucked in the bin by you lot).

Having been a patient here for 2 years I have found the surgery...in general to be OK. Having had a baby recently who has required medical assistance, the surgery has pretty much done everything we have needed for her, in a relatively timely manner.Today, I spent over an hour waiting for my eldest daughter to be seen. During the consultation my middle daughter became unwell. I have to say Dr Holman was amazing. He reassured me, dealt with the situation, assessed both my daughter who was booked and the one who became unwell. But, also my baby too!! We were at the surgery for over 2 hours and I felt like my 3 girls had a real MOT!! Dr Holman's kindness and compassion is admirable and I am truly grateful.

Disgusting practice. Staff, totally inept. I waited days for sample results, that I passed to the receptionist, only to be told they had no record of it. They had lost it. This has happened before. Pay increase? They need their wages docking.
