I had a great experience at the Bond Street store yesterday! I got my second lobe piercings done by Kaiya and I couldn't be happier!! Kaiya was lovely, made me feel calm (as it had been 17 years since I got my firsts!) and the piercing was so quick. Even more in love with them today :)

I wouldn't recommend going here, stick to professional and practiced studios where the staff are happier. I don't think the brand or jewellery is worth it.While Jess your piercer was brilliant, clearly loads of experience, based on your front of house atmosphere and team, I would have given you 1 star. The attitude was negative and unwelcoming.The lateness policy of '5 minutes' is not clearly highlighted online, and I was told about it without any sympathy or understanding of your busy central London location. I was 8 minutes late, which I apologise for but there were protests outside the station that I didn't foresee. Fortunately, I had 2 appointments booked so I had a longer window to negotiate as I wasn't impacting another customer. I understand you're busy, but you should communicate this much clearer. Or schedule your operations to factor in your location.Training in customer experience is clearly missing; the overall staff attitude (not including my piercer) was unhelpful, rude, and unwelcoming. Astrid & Miyu isn't really worth the extra cost.

Everyone in the boutique couldn't have been nicer, really helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was a problem. Welding was quick and easy, lovely options available.

Both my sister and I had our ears pierced at the Bond St store, the girl who did it was super knowledgeable, put us totally at ease and was clearly experienced and professional. She pierced with a needle rather than a gun which is so much better, almost no pain and a great selection of earrings to choose from for piercing. Would def recommend!

Had my 2nd lobe piercings and was really happy with the service! Jess did my piercings and was really professional and warm - she explained aftercare and answered all my questions really well. The earring options were really cute as well :) Thank you!

Had a flat helix pierced today at the Bond Street store. Having bought all my other ear jewellery from A&M (conch, 1st and 2nd lobes and helix), I knew that the jewellery would be so pretty. The entire piercing from start to finish was lovely, from the ladies behind the till to the piercer. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone looks for jewellery and/or piercings!

This is such a cute piercing place! I went to have my conch done, I was a little nervous but the piercer was amazing and it was over in a flash! It’s healing well and the team were great at explaining how to select the right piercing jewellery. A wonderful selection of dainty little jewels to pick from, and staff will also advise on your ear anatomy, so you pick something that’ll suit you :)

Absolutely love this piercing shop. I was very nervous to get my helix done but I was reassured by the lovely staff who helped me pick out the jewellery. Would highly recommend
