My iMac was running very slowly. Ian checked my software settings and diagnosed the original (6 year old) hard disk drive as the problem. He took the machine away, backed up all my data, replaced the HDD with a new solid state drive and returned my IMac, good as new, within 24 hours, for a very reasonable price. It was a wonderful, friendly, efficient, cost effective and professional service. Thank you.

Dropped my PC off to Wightbyte Friday lunchtime for new hard drive and windows upgrade, it was worked on over the weekend with regular updates from Ian. Returned Monday Morning by Graham and all up and back running again within a few minutes. Great service would highly recommend

I ordered several years ago a desktop pc to be built by Wightbyte to meet my specific requirements (home use, imaging etc) and they have supported it to my entire satisfaction ever since. Graham and Ian have the technical knowledge to be able to repair and upgrade desktops and laptops alike. Operating from their Cowes workshop, for major upgrades they collect and return to the doorstep; software issues have been resolved swiftly either virtually or by home calls. Wightbyte has never let me down and I can strongly recommend their service.
