Porsche Centre Swindon

Historically I have had very good service at this Centre, particularly so for service and maintenance. However, I recently had a very poor experience with a Sales Advisor (Rose) when my car came up for renewal. In short, as I planned to buy my car, rather than renew, Rose immediately lost interest. When I asked to check the details of my final payments, she told me to look it up myself. I have been a customer of Porsche Swindon for over a decade but I would go elsewhere for my next car.

Fantastic service, friendly helpfull staff and always a joy to visit. Not just the best OPC I've been to, but the best dealership full stop.

Very impressed by this dealership: Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff.My partner and I visited to view an Approved Used 911 (991) and received a warm welcome from Haydn Lee and Matthew Collett who, in conjunction with the excellent condition of the vehicle, gave us the confidence to buy.Thank you for your hospitality, the guided tour of your Classic restoration department (grateful thanks to Kevin Allen for showing us around the Le Mans car) most of all, for your help in making a dream become a reality!Having experienced a number of other Porsche dealers, I'm happy to recommend this dealership and the gentlemen we met personally.

Sadly, the worst car purchase experience I’ve ever had. I won’t order a Porsche again or do business with this dealership.Communication is poor. Commitments are non-existent & I’ve lost all faith in the quality of the product.Absolutely shambolic.There’s one member of staff, James, who showed some desire to try & serve me.Other than that, it’s a problematic product in a broken supply chain with broken customer service. I’m gutted with my decision to order a Porsche.A year later I don’t have a car, I have to go back to square one and start again.I will add that the dealership refunded all of my money without argument. There is something very wrong going on at this dealership.

I wouldn't bother with the Porsche Approved Warranty they would not honour mine when the air filter was sucked into and damaged the turbo on my Porsche Panamera. They said it was flood damage when it was dry on the day that the failure occured. There is now a vehicle safety recall due to moisture ingress which can cause the car to catch fire! Soo much for a premium product and service...finally admitted fault after pursuing through the financial ombudsman!

Porsche is a fantastic brand. Unfortunately, Porsche Centre Swindon are the worst dealership in the group.Their customer service is absolutely appalling. My sales consultant (Rose) was consistent in her approach - Consistently Bad.Their Sales manager (James) was unable to offer any further assistance, or provide an explanation as to why their service was so poor.There are plenty of good Porsche dealerships around the UK - This is not one of them.Update - I have Not been contacted by your team and I have received no resolution to your terrible service
