Good, honest people I never use anyone else.

I used to go here and the service was good and the prices fair. Unfortunately, every single time, when you ask for a receipt after paying, they give you a piece of paper marked INVOICE" and are very reluctant to do anything about it

We had our VW Golf in for Service and MOT on 16th September 2020 and vehicle had new front tyres, wheel alignment adj, Oil pressure sensor, crank position sensor, rear pads and discs and a new starter motor along with wipers and new brake pipes. Paid almost £1000 which to a pensioner who is also working full time at a care home for people with MS on night shifts this is a lot of money but felt that we were well looked after.However in November 2020 we had to return the vehicle as it would not start at a cost of £200 and had the oxygen sensor replaced.One week later the vehicle failed to start and despite numerous emails and phone calls to TC Motors and promised a call back to arrange the vehicle going back in we are now 4 months later and the car is still sat on our drive, not starting and unusable !!We have been told that Simon would contact us by his receptionist but still awaiting a call and as stated no communication response to emails. In fact when speaking to the business recently we were told they are too busy to look after our customer and would only do so if I get the vehicle to them by towing it to them or something as they cant make time to collect it !!As explained, we are pensioners and my wife works as a carer in a care home in the next village 4 miles away. She works on night shifts from 8pm to 8am and My wife needs her car as I do not drive as the bus does not run through our village after 6pm.This means she has to walk the 1.2 miles from our home to the main Lincoln road along an unlit road with no footpath and during the winter months this has been been quite harrowing for her, and certainly not fair on a lady working through a pandemic to help people in care homes, ensuring they are cared for and comforted during their difficult times.We feel totally let down by TC Motors, a company we were happy to recommend to others but are now regretting. Sadly as we are over £1000 out of pocket, which is a lot of money to two pensioners having to work whilst over 80 years old to top up our pensions, and have a vehicle we have not been able to use for over 4 months we are left with no choice but to pursue action through the Motor Ombudsman and the Motor Trade Code of PracticeSadly it feels like TC Motors were happy to take money from but when we need their help they are not interested. It feels almost like age discrimination and they will use the essential workers priority card for booking in work . Yet they fail to appreciate that my wife is an essential worker, giving care to seriously ill people.Overall a very disappointing level of customer service and lack of empathy and consideration for their customers who support their business and this level of service gives the Motor Trade a Bad Name.All we are asking for is some assistance is getting our vehicle back on the road and usable considering the large amount of money we have paid for it yet not been able to use it !!We would welcome their prompt attention and communication to our situation and look forward to a resolution being offered and implemented.

Amazing place! So generous and kind. I broke down on my way to work around half 7am, arrived there around 10am and was then offered a lift to work by Simon which was unbelievably generous and kind of him. I was very worried as i thought this would be very costly and prossibly take a week from what i had heard from other garages when calling around that morning. I was contacted around half 12pm to say that the car was fixed!!! And not only that, cost £120!! (I was expecting it to be around £500!) I then mentioned that I would get a taxi when I finished work, Maddie who was very lovely and friendly mentioned that Simon would be able to come collect me and bring me to the garage if I couldn't get a taxi! I then called back to say I was struggling to get one to which I was told that Simon and another were already on their way to drop my car off at my work. Honestly, I can't describe how amazing this place and the people that work here are. Very rare to find and trust a garage who are ran by very generous and honest people. I am definetly going to be coming back and I reccomend everyone else to aswell!

Took my car here after halfords had it for 3 days and couldn't find where a leak was coming from and basically told me to get rid of the car because it would need a new engine! The car is only 7 years old! An hour later, and only just over £100, T C Motors had found the fault and fixed it. No problems since. Will be using them from now on. Genuinely nice guys, nothing was too much trouble for them. I've been recommending them ever since

Sometimes they just decides to rip you off with 250£ for rear discs and pads.. or 160 for side mirror indicator, which costs me 15£ and 15 mins for fitting. With prices like this better go to your dealership. Good luck

Been going to this garage for 10yrs+ obliging and friendly reasonable prices service & mot air con repair could not do disappointed

Had my Merc E Class estate serviced and MOT’d today. Staff were really helpful and friendly, especially the lady in the office. Work completed at a really decent price. Can’t ask for more. Collected the car at lunchtime having dropped it in the morning. Will be using using again.

Took my car in expecting it to be in for most the day injector or seal issue , job done and tested and I get a call at dinner to collect it , was very impressed, car runs a dream now too
