Decent track, friendly staff and decent price.A group of us went last week (a few go regularly) 15 in our session. This is the reason I didn't give 5 stars. It's too many on track at one time. It only takes a session with a few novice drivers and you have endless yellow lights so get very few decent laps in. My times had a 16 second range as a result. Will definitely be back as my mates go regularly so hopefully get some quieter sessions and better times as I get used to the track.

What a fun evening! Well organized and safe but, they still allow you to have some good racing, offering tips and tricks along the way. I would recommend for any work event to bring your team closer together with a fun competitive side. Took them up on the discounted return visit so will be back soon!

Such a fun experience. All of the staff were professional, kind and friendly. Special mention to the manager on duty who took the time to talk to my son and give him tips and advice when he was feeling worried and anxious. The young man on trackside called Luca went above and beyond with my son and helped him so much, such a credit to the company and a true example of kindness which made a massive difference to my son's day, thank you so much. 10/10 experience, will definitely return and recommend to friends too.

It's absolutely brilliant fun. I'm not usually a fan of indoor karting, but I really enjoyed it. Fast karts and was really impressed my child who is 13 at the time was allowed on the full power karts with the adults.

The online booking process is straightforward. However once booked you are required to register online and that online process is painful! Each time you log in, you have to request via email for a log in code rather than using password which most websites do. It seems you are only allowed to register for one person per email account and can’t do other guests together. I wanted to remove old participants from the registration and add new but it doesn’t allow me and kept going around the circle and asked me to log in with new codes again. And I really don’t want to create an account just for one off karting. I don’t understand why booker can’t register for all parties or the receptionist does registration for people and we were asked to scan the code and create account ourselves. The safety briefing was explained by a young lad who talks extremely fast and I hardly understand half of what he said but guessed the bulk standard safety guidelines. He also put on the junior safety vest on my son before he put on the racing suit and I had to point it out to him. This young lad certainly doesn’t seem experienced or mature enough to do this. Your experience also depends on the sort of people booked into your group. If someone bumps into things or makes other mistake which cause safety hazard, they will stop the race and everyone else waits for them to sort things out for this one person. Your racing experience would be significantly impacted if you had to stop few times within 15 min slot. In my case we were stopped twice. It took the excitement out of the equation. All in all, for this amount of money, I expected more out of the experience and this falls short of my expectation. I will not return. It’s not worthwhile.

Too many inexperienced drivers mixed in. 30 mins of racing, at least 8-10 yellow flags causing 6-7 minutes of delays. Staff are great though, possibly unlucky due to 2-3/12 racing being totally inept at driving

Really disappointing experience this evening. I was running late due to rush hour traffic, and was a bit late late to arrive. My colleagues were yet to go on the track. The guy on reception said they were in the cafe and would be going on the track shortly and to go through the doors to see. Which I did, I then went back to reception and asked what was happening and how do I get a jump suit etc.He gave me a jump suit, and then charged me £7 and change for gloves and a balaclava. He then went up stairs to find out about the safety briefing. His manager informed him that I wouldn't be 'allowed to ride' as I was late. Which I found to be rude and unprofessional. The 'manager' needs to remember he is in the service and entertainment industry, and he failed on both counts.I certainly will not be wasting my money or my company's money here again or in the future.I highly doubt the safety briefing was that challenging, as children are able to ride here. It would have taken all of five minutes. One of the 2 staff at the empty reception could have done it, or one of any number of staff that were upstairs.

Friendly staff. The track has two different main surfaces, requiring two different techniques to secure the best time. For the few times I've been to this track, it has been one of the ones I have enjoyed the most. For Bristol, I would say this track has a lot of room to play with and have fun trying not to slide on the bottom floor than their competitor Absolutely Karting, where the track is more tight. This makes for an amazing track.
