Our estate agents at Boyce Brixham (Tilly & Avril) have been nothing but brilliant through the entire house buying process. They kept us well informed through each step and they did their absolute best to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a few hiccups further up in the chain and if it wasn't for them, we likely would have pulled out. We would without hesitation recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

The Boyce Brixham team helped with my move to Brixham from London when I purchased a property they were managing. I can't praise the team enough - all brilliant but especially Tilly and Avril who worked consistently hard over a 4 month period to coordinate the chain and make sure things kept moving in a timely way. The whole team were super friendly and responsive - always happy to answer questions and liaise on my behalf. Brilliant and highly recommended - 5 star service ❤️

We bought our own property here in Brixham 18 months ago through Boyce and were very impressed with the calm competent professionalism of Ben and the team. In the last week we have worked with the lettings team at Boyce - Nicola in particular - in sorting out a property for our elderly mum to rent and move into. The staff here are incredible. If customer service is important to you as it is to me then use them, they always answer the phone and return calls promptly. If they say they will find out information and get back to you they do. I have sold with them before and if I ever have to I will use them again. Tilly, Kit, Avril and the rest of the team are just lovely to work with. Highly recommend.
