I completely forgot who was dealing with my call yesterday. It was a lady in the morning, but she was great at helping me with my deliveries. The product is great and I definitely had a good experience because of her. Whoever she is, give her a raise!

Ive dealt with a lot of airsoft shops over the years and had a few very expensive builds done on rifs. Eagle 6 have just built my fully upgraded NGRS MP5 and their customer service and communication stands heads above the rest. Always kept updated on whats happening and I did add a lot of parts after I had ordered nothing was too much trouble. Rif was finished and tested yesterday and shipped and its out for delivery today.Highly recommended.

Bought a TM 416C previously as well as some Hi-Capa mags, all are perfectly fine. The team itself is well built, friendly and approachable for your needs

Very good customer service, serveral order without issue. And the one time there was a problem with a bit missing from the order ( package damage by carrier ), they immediately and very professionally resolved the problem and i had that part a day later.

Great store, solid owner, wonderful businessI’ve recently ordered a level-10 build of TM 416s. I’ve got to say that this shop is very professional as they’re transparent with you during the build process. They inform you about the fps and other things before sending the package to you.Today, I’m very happy to receive my customized 416. Because I require all original parts are returned to me, I see all original parts are sealed in small bags along with the gun itself. You can see the shop absolutely took a great deal of time packaging up for a long travel.I touched the gun and it feels much more solid than a stock one. It shoots very nice, straight and god it is a bit loud lol but everything fits into my perception of what a professional shop’s top notch build looks like. I’ve asked the shop here to build for mine VFC 416a5aeg before but They charged me a lot with zero care packaging and great amount of delay time despite I ONLY ordered a stock gun with few accessories on it. Compared to shopping experience at Eagle six, it was nothing. I’m glad that I reached out to the Eagle six team and ask for a build. I very much look forward to my first cqb indoor game here with it.Last words, if you’re looking for some professionals who know TM stuff, contact the Eagle six, their meticulous build, packaging and customer service are second to none.

Eagle6 have built an amazing team, full of knowledge and importantly willing to share. i firstly bought parts then sent that same rifle back for Andy to check and add a mosfet, its now a beast. with any custom build we as customers have to realize that there will be teething issues. what Eagle6 do is actually very brave; offering custom builds that most folk couldn't achieve themselves i commend you all. well do Rich, Andy and Tina. here's to the next build!
