I was sold an excellent Hollywood mirror which was amazing quality for a great price. Julie was helpful in the shop providing advice, but big thanks goes to Colleen from the warehouse who went out of her way to show me the product, assisted me to see if it would fit in my car and when it wouldn’t, helped sort out delivery and repacked everything. It arrived this week in excellent condition and looks great in my bedroom. Thanks! Would definitely recommend shopping here.

I arranged to purchase an item through Facebook marketplace. I waited in all morning for it and then chased up. I was told there was a problem with traffic but item didn't show up and despite multiple messages to Sarah Deacon she just never responded. Completely unprofessional and rude.

I visit here whenever I need something for the home, they have large number of items home and garden. I always come home with something. My purchase today was a desk great quality and style.(and I didn't have to build it either), and that's a bonus in itself also delivered it the same day. Great warm friendly staff.Thanks for your help.Carol

Faulty electrical goods !!! Shoddy service ...be aware NO REFUND AFTER 6 MONTHS even if the item stops working and you want a better one you cannot get a refund !! ...i had a replacement and now thats stopped working .will i return NO...would i recommend NO !!!! I have written off the cost because its too much hassle

I bought a standing desk from TS Domestics which developed a fault within a few months. Despite emailing them back and forth for the last 2 months to try and come to a resolution they have now suggested I get the desk controller repaired myself and are unwilling to provide me with a refund despite the product being not fit for purpose. Would leave 0 stars if it were an option.

Having seen a gorgeous navy foot stool on FB marketplace and messaged TS domestics, I had a message straight back advising the store address and opening hours. On arrival we were made to feel welcome and browsed the store. Why an Aladdin's cave! I came away with a foot stool and a set of suitcases. Amazing value for money and really friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend the store, who offer delivery at a reasonable cost. Anyone setting up a new home should visit, they sell electrical appliances, furniture and much more!Thanks Tammy for looking after me and mum.

I arranged a delivery of a product via Facebook with Sarah Deacon, but the delivery never showed up. She regularly ignores messages or when she does respond she is very abrupt and rude. I've sent several messages trying to rearrange my delivery but she constantly ignores me. She didn't bother letting me know that the item wouldn't be delivered despite arranging it with me just a couple of days prior.When I made a complaint to the store I was told I shouldn't have booked a delivery via Sarah and why didn't I ring the store to arrange a delivery instead? Maybe because I was never advised to do so. If you did the job you promised or signposted me in the correct direction this wouldn't be an issue.Clearly a serious problem with customer service at this company. Staff are rude and sadly take no responsibility when errors occur. Definitely won't be returning after today's experience. Very disappointed.

I ordered a wardrobe at the end of August and they delivered the wrong item at first. When I returned it, they sent out the right item via a courier, however had to organise with the courier they chose myself and it was a nightmare. They kept scheduling for days when I told them I wasnt available.When it finally arrived, it arrived damaged as the hinge was fully ripped out of the wood, leaving the door hanging off. When I told them, they asked if I could get it fixed and they could give a partial refund. I told them I couldn't fix it and needed a fully refund.They stopped responding to my emails completely and now it's almost the end of October and I'm out £400 with a broken wardrobe sat in my house.Do not use this company if you're ordering to have something delivered as most orders appear to arrive broken and they don't want to refund anything

We went here about 10 days ago just for a we nosey . We came out affter spending a few pennies you know like you do lol . The staff were so so helpfull . The goods we bought well what can i say but they were outstanding going back soon need some beds will keep you all informed thank you ts for bei g there

Ordered and paid on Thursday for storage suitcases and delivery to Essex was received today. Excellent service and very happy with the product. Thank you so much, will definitely use again.
