Excellent service! Very busy driver was able to step in and get me and a cat to a vet appointment in Northiam ON TIME! after being let down by a certain bigger taxi firm. Driver was friendly and very helpful. Thank you!

When I booked the airport run from Gatwick too hastings the taxi was approx half a hr late which wasn't bad cause he did warn us then he got out the car the driver said right now I need the money for the car park my partner said I thought it was all in (why wouldn't it be as you need too pay too get out of the car park ) the driver replied noooo so my partner got out of the taxi too pay for the car park very awkward I think that policy needs too change as it should be all in he dsy before we were due too be picked up we got a invoice for 134 we thought it was going too be 130 I said too my partner what's that 4.00 all about he said I don't no but he paid it anyway it was only later I realised I possibly could be their bank charging us 4.00 would of been nice too be warned of gave us a choice whether we could go too the taxi office too pay it or not before we left for our holsWell after the awkwardness the driver was very quiet and didn't speak too us at allGd company but be beware of these things if going too the airport used town trip taxis on 27th July 2023 at 2am

Booked a cab for my son, came on time, good service, would highly recommend.

I have used Town Trip several times over the past year for journeys to Stansted Airport and every single time it has been brilliant. The drivers are great to chat with and are always on time, the vehicles are clean and modern and the pricing is more than fair.

Excellent taxi driver, when an event finished early, they rescheduled to collect us and went the extra mile due to various road closures. This company is very reliable and friendly, and got us home safely. Would recommend them and would use again. Thank you Alan and everyone at Town Trip, brilliant service :-)

Really friendly driver, call was answered quickly. There was a bit of a wait beyond my booked time but reasonable for a Saturday night at half seven.
