Had an issue with neck pain and stiffness - saw Chris who got straight to the source of the problem by providing simple but highly effective exercises to strengthen and improve range of motion and some deep massage work to alleviate symptoms. Absolutely fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

I have been struggling to run with a knee injury all year. I went to Chris Coyle for some physio to see what could be done and 3 weeks later I completed the Lakeland 100 mile trail race. Chris got straight to the issue and give me the right exercises and encouragement to do them. Excellent very knowledgeable physio and will be my recommended physio for the future

My physio was friendly and professional. He helped me to understand how to take management of my care and provided follow up exercises. He had my interests at heart and had a clear passion for my progress and development.

Chris was absolutely brilliant. I booked a 1 hour sports massage and he gave me more help than I’ve had in some physio consultations. I didn’t have any injuries prior to this appointment and he not only gave an incredibly effective sports massage but advised me on a few muscle and tendon maintenance areas that will definitely help my running in the future. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and the physio practice’s services. The massage was top notch and helped me feel fresh for an upcoming race and his advice was invaluable. I don’t live in the area but I wish I did still as I’ll definitely be coming back to this practice.

I accompanied my son to a physio session in Sunderland, and from the start, Chris the physiotherapist, had my son at ease and discussing in detail all of the problems we needed to investigate. The session was first class with Chris going through many movements to determine the root of the problem. We can highly recommend this physiotherapist and the practice in general.
