I contacted Bright & Beautiful when the cleaner I booked to clean my house cancelled at the last minute. Sash was quick to respond to my enquiry, she visited my property the same day and booked my cleaning for the next day. The ladies did an amazing job, will definitely refer them to friends and family.

I contacted them this morning for a quote for a deep clean after we move out next week. They came the same day to give us a quote. So friendly, very responsive and gave a really good quote.Made it so easy to arrange!! Would recommend

I have had the true pleasure of the teams from Bright & Beautiful cleaning my home for 2 years now. They are fabulous - their attention to detail is second to none, as is their kindness and thoughtfulness.They are a pleasure to have around, and notice things that need doing before I even do. They are quick, ethical & trustworthy and represent excellent value for money.I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I feel like they shower my home in sparkle.

Contacted them to get a clean booked in, then regular follow up visits.They came straight back to me and booked a day, turns out I had to work, so they re-booked for the following week, no probs.Then, that day came I waited in, no one turned up, no call or email.Not the end of the world, so I emailed them to ask whats up, still no reply.However in the meantime I did get a call and text from someone else, and they explained that they'd confused me with a different enquirer and thought they'd already been, again not a problem.So we discuss details and agree a rough price and a day for them to pop round, they just asked to come back to confirm a time...Again no one shows up, no call, no text or email.Not fussed, I'll just use another company but it needs pointing out.

Long story short my mum has stage 3 lung cancer and currently in hospital recovering from infection. She is coming to stay with us upon release and needed to get the house ready and clean to reduce any further risk.I made a call and the very same day Sash moved mountains and came to visit me to see what was needed to be done. Upon visiting Sash arranged for her team to come the very next day. At such short notice this was completely unexpected especially with thier busy schedule.It has completely saved me alot of time and energy and cannot thank them enough. Everything said to be done was done and in a timely manor. So lucky to have come across them and extremely grateful considering such short notice.

Bright and Beautiful come to my house fortnightly for a few hours to help me keep my home looking good. Their team are friendly and professional and just get on with the job of cleaning and not chatting for hours which I have had with other cleaners. Every room, particularly the bathrooms looked clean and tidy and sparkling and products and towels were arranged beautifully. They use eco friendly products as well which I’m in favour of. I would recommend them highly .
