Hannah did an absolute wonderful job at my hair, I got a blow dry and felt like a total princess, I still don't have a single hair out of place and it's the second day! Couldn't be happier.

Used this salon for first time recently and i was a bit nervous as my hair was in terrible condition and badly in need of a cut. Emma and her staff were so attentive and i had no need to worry. Emma was very helpful and talked about ways to help restore my hair. Great cut and look forward to returning.

Always delighted with the 5 star service Chapter One Hair Spa provides. The team are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the salon is stunning! The whole experience from start to finish feels luxurious and pamering.I feel more than confident with any feedback/recommendations that Paul makes...he takes the anxiety out of any big decisions. I always look forward to my next visit and couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else for my hair!!!

A genuinely lovely experience at this salon. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Stacey was so knowledgable and gave me such great advice for my hair. So happy with my cut and colour, better than I could have imagined.

Chapter One Hair Spa
Took my granddaughter and teenage grandson. Enya has long hair needed it shorter but long enough for a ballet bun. Cut was just right. Grandson wanted trendy cut and again was very happy with result. Well done Nikki
